Hi. I’m Angela Clucas, a registered Nutritionist (SENr) with a passion for helping people to make a lasting change without giving up the food they love.
Thank you for finding me. Here’s what I’m all about.
For the past twenty years, it would be fair to say that nutrition has been my passion. I have given up corporate life twice to attend university to study it and in 2016, I set up Next Level Nutrition so I could help people make a change to their diets to achieve their goals. Since then, I’ve helped 100’s of people change their lives without changing their life!
My unconventional approach may seem crazy but it resonates with many, who wants to be slim if you can’t enjoy a glass of wine with friends or an ice cream with the family?
I can help you get results while still enjoying life.
Although based in the Isle of Man, I work with people across the world. In recent years, I’ve worked with people in the Isle of Man, UK, Abu Dhabi, Bali and Australia. I’m proud to say that many of my clients contact me months after we’ve worked together to let me know they’ve maintained their fantastic results.
I have a BSc degree in Human Nutrition from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MSc in Sports Nutrition from Liverpool John Moores University. But it’s my real-life approach that differentiates me from other nutritionists and gives me the ability to:
- Help you achieve your goals without giving up your favourite foods (or drinks!)
- Make sure you only have to cook one evening meal, no special ‘diet’ food or weird ingredients
- Look at you as a whole person, not just telling you what to do, instead working out what works for you and your lifestyle
- Agree all action plans together, not just tell you what to do
- Provide compassionate support to nudge you towards your goals, week by week
Since setting up Next Level, I have had the opportunity to work with so many people with a variety of goals and challenges, every new client brings an opportunity for me to learn and develop.
Working with you, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, your likes and dislikes, your habits, your family/partner and your exercise habits (keeping all information confidential, of course). Then I’ll apply that knowledge to your goals to make sure you achieve them.
You’ll get dedicated, personalised service and the benefits of my nutrition education and real-life experience. Your goals are important to me, and I look forward to developing a long-term relationship with you as your nutritionist.
