Need a mid afternoon 'pick me up'? Energy Ball Recipe.

Do you feel that mid afternoon slump?

It could mean you need a bit more protein in your life. These energy balls are the perfect pick me up - just don't eat the whole batch. Remember 'healthy' doesn't equal weight loss if you eat too many calories.

What you will need:

🛒 You’ll need:

100g nuts of your choice
75g raisins
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp cocoa powder
50g desiccated coconut
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 scoops chocolate protein powder

Instructions:


1️⃣ Place the nuts in a food processor and whiz. Add raisins, peanut butter, flaxseeds, cocoa powder and protein powder. Whiz again to combine. Add some water if it’s too thick/powdery.

2️⃣ Shape mixture into even sizes balls and roll in desiccated coconut to coat. Let them set in the fridge.
