How do I work with you?
Someone sent a message to my social media and said “I love your posts but How do I work with you?” 🤯 Ooops! Let’s make sure I’m making that one clear!
So let’s explain:
Level 1 – All about the budget and accountability
Just £26/month, the group coaching is for people who need motivation, a trustworthy and safe place to ask questions and lots of recipe inspiration! There is no 1-2-1 included so this isn’t really suitable for people with lots of questions but you can up/downgrade across the plans at any time. Start here and we can talk about if it’s right for you.
Level 2 – Monthly accountability – for the experienced and Next Level Nutrition graduates
Two people fall into this bracket… clients graduating the 1-2-1 weekly level but also it’s for those of you who have probably worked with a coach in the past, maybe me, maybe someone else, you know what you’re doing but you still need someone to check in with to make sure you’re on the straight and narrow, being consistent with your actions feeding into your goals.
Level 3 – Weekly accountability – Looking for the ideal starting place? It’s here
This is my most popular option and where most people start. This is where we do all the good work on reviewing your weekly food diary, working out your barriers to progress, unpicking your less desirable habits and reworking them into habits that work for you. Some people stay for 3 months, some for a year… some longer. It’s 100% bespoke and individual to you.
Level 4 – The Serious Investment
I only take one client on this package at a time. It’s a real investment in yourself and for this, you get a lot of my time. Daily check in’s, weekly face to face appointments, helping you with meal planning, going shopping with you, as one client put it ‘being there to slap the cake out of your hand!‘ and sourcing anything you need to be fitter, healthier version of you. Price on application.

All plans come with a private facebook group with a motivational video at 7am each week day to get you off to a positive start for the day. There are also occasional WhatsApp challenges. Levels 2-4 come with unlimited messaging, levels 3-4 come with my phone number for occasional calls and texting and level 4 makes me your personal nutrition assistant…
