The language we use is so important… our brains hate restriction so how about flipping the language you use and FAKE IT TIL YOU MAKE IT! So if you tell yourself “I can’t, I’m on a diet” – read on…
Some points to consider…

☹️ Negative, restrictive language? Feeling like you’re missing out. Thinking only of short term pleasure?
😁 Positive, goal focused language. Knowing you’re working on something that will pay off longer term?
🧠 Our brains can only believe what we tell them so fill them with what we want to believe – and if you don’t believe it yet… Fake it until you do
