What on earth is ‘Online Coaching’?
I talk about it a lot… Online Coaching – but what is it?! It hadn’t crossed my mind that it was a fairly new concept that might take some explaining… so here it is… what on earth is online coaching?

Side note: this email is based on life in the Isle of Man which is currently not under any lockdown regulations so if you’re elsewhere then please be assured that I’m not just being reckless when talking about meeting for coffee)
So imagine you make the decision that you want to go to a nutritionist for help
Originally, you would come to meet me in a clinic or a coffee shop to talk though your needs and goals and we’d make a plan.
Then once a week, we’d meet up to review how you’re getting on, talk about life and make sure you’re ready for another week of small changes that will help you get to your goals – sounds pretty good right!
Yes, except do you have a free hour each week, plus travel time to do that?
Most people struggle for spare time so I don’t want to add to that, to take up another precious hour of your already busy day.
That’s where Online Coaching really makes a difference
It’s all done in YOUR time, on YOUR terms… submit your report at 4am or 4pm – it’s a 24 hrs service.
So it’s just like the face to face appointment without the hassle of finding a parking space, getting someone to mind the kids or finding an excuse for your boss so you can take an hour out of your day.
